It is you as an audience member – an active spectator – who makes sense of the phenomena on the stage as if you are a scientist… Keep in mind that it’s not about what you see – what you see are mirrors. We are nothing but mirrors.

Guevara’s work often proposes playgrounds where the body in spacetime becomes a source of non-binary knowledge. They propose abstraction as a strategy to decolonize knowledge. A blurry gaze at the constant state of becoming. They create choreographies that linger at the threshold of exciting and forgetting, where the body is a source of healing.

You are invited to become an actor who generates the images in real-time projected through the video beamer. No coding experience? No problem! With Copilot AI, as an artificial intelligence assistant, you are writing computer code without prior knowledge.

Fragmented bodies on the stage become contagious, modulating waveforms and networking with different expressions of life (actors) in the space through vulnerability and computer code. This interplay highlights the concept of care, where each participant’s engagement nurtures a collective experience.

Artists: Jorge Guevara and Naoto Hieda
Sound: robrrr
Dramaturgical advice: Dani Bershan
Technical mentorship and development: Andreia Matos, William Primett, Nuno N.
